Inhalt: Nachdem Mechagodzilla in seinem letzten Kampf gegen Godzilla schwer beschädigt wurde, wird er nun in einem Untergrund-Dock aus Godzillaknochen wiederhergestellt. Yoshito Nakajo, Mitglied der Reparaturtruppe bekommt während seines Urlaubs unerwarteten Besuch von ein paar Feen der Infant Islands. Sie raten ihm eindringlich ab einen Roboter aus Godzillaknochen zu bauen, andernfalls würde Mothra die Seiten wechseln und gegen die Menschheit kämpfen. Die Reparatur wird trotzdem fortgesetzt und schon bald mehren sich seltsame Ereignisse. Es dauert nicht lange und schon wütet Godzilla wieder in den Städten Japans. Bald eilt auch schon Mothra zu Hilfe aber dann entscheidet der Premierminister den noch nicht ganz reparierten Mechagodzilla am Kampf teilnehmen zu lassen. Der Kampf unter den drei Monstern beginnt als plötzlich neue Riesenungeheuer hinzukommen. Und keiner weiß ob sie Freunde oder Feinde der Menschheit sind!
